1. Il presente listino annulla tutti quelli precedenti;
2. L’acquirente che inoltra un ordine deve accettare per intero le seguenti condizioni;
3. Le ordinazioni fatte non potranno essere annullate né ridotte;
4. Salvo ordine contrario, ci riserviamo il diritto di sostituire, con altre analoghe, quelle varietà o misure richieste che fossero esaurite con le prossime disponibili;
5. La data di invio della merce, concordata con l’acquirente, potrà subire variazioni dovute alle condizioni climatiche;
6. Le nostre fatture sono in Euro €;
7. Le merci inviate restano di nostra proprietà fino al loro completo pagamento;
8. Gli imballaggi sono appropriati alle caratteristiche delle piante e alla distanza che devono percorrere, sono fatturati a prezzo di costo e non si accettano di ritorno;
9. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente anche se venduta porto franco. Pertanto ogni responsabilità da parte nostra cessa con la consegna della merce;
10. Noi non siamo responsabili del mancato attecchimento delle piante vendute nè della loro fioritura;
11. Reclami riguardanti quantità o vizi evidenti della merce consegnata dovranno essere notificati per raccomandata

A.r., fax o email entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento della merce stessa. Un reclamo non notificato non potrà avere alcun effetto, quali che siano le cause. L’acquirente non verrà mai indennizzato a titolo di mancato guadagno;

12. Per tutti gli effetti del contratto di vendita il nostro domicilio legale è Canneto sull’Oglio;
13. Per ogni controversia il foro competente è quello di Mantova.

 

General selling conditions

1. The present price list cancels all the previous price lists.
2. The buyer that sends us an order has to accept completely the following conditions;
3. The orders that You send us cannot be either canceled or reduced.
4. Except in case of contrary order, we reserve the right to substitute, with other similar varieties, those varieties or sizes requested that might be not available, with the next available.
5. The date of delivery of the goods, agreed with the buyer, can change according to the climatic conditions.
6. Our invoices are in Euro €.
7. The goods delivered remain our property until the complete payment.
8. The packaging is suitable to the characteristics of the plants and the distance that the plants have to cover.

The packaging is invoiced at cost price and we do not accept it back.

9. The goods travel at the risk and danger of the buyer even if it is sold franco. Therefore every responsibility of our company ends when we give the goods to the transport company.
10. We are not responsible for the not taking root of the plants sold, neither of their bloom.
11. Claims about quantity or evident defects of the delivered goods must be notified with registered letter with receipt of delivery, FAX or EMAIL within 3 days from the receipt of the goods. A claim not notified cannot have any consequence, independently from its causes. The buyer will never be compensated as non-earnings.
12. For all the effects of the selling contract our legal domicile is Canneto sull’Oglio.
13. For every dispute the competent court is Mantova.

Condizioni generali di vendita

 

Condizioni per preparazione ordini e trasporto

• Per agevolare la preparazione degli ordini, si consiglia di fare ordine minimo, per ogni varietà ordinata, di n° 10 piante (= 1/2 piano) per il V.18 (3LT) e di n°5 piante (= 1/2 piano) per il V.24 (9LT).
• Per snellire e rendere più veloci le operazioni di acquisto e carico della merce, consigliamo alla gentile clientela di comunicare l’ordine anticipatamente mezzo email.
• Il trasporto è pari a € 1,40 al km, calcolando andata e ritorno.
• La ditta Coplant si riserva di decidere quale sarà, di volta in volta, il tipo di imballaggio più idoneo a seconda della tipologia delle piante ordinate.
• Qualora fosse necessario caricare su cassoni di legno, per rendere più veloce carico e scarico, verrà addebitato un costo pari a € 38,00 al cassone e € 7,00 a pianale.
• Le spese di imballaggio sono comprese nel prezzo.
• I carrelli cc e non, utilizzati per il carico, devono essere restituiti entro e non oltre un mese dalla consegna degli stessi e in buone condizioni. In caso contrario l’importo degli stessi o delle parti danneggiate verrà addebitato.
• L’attecchimento delle piante consegnate dipende da molti fattori (quali le tecniche di messa a dimora, le caratteristiche del terreno che accoglierà la pianta, l’irrigazione, la potatura, ecc.) non imputabili alla ditta Coplant; pertanto

la ditta non garantisce l’attecchimento ma solo la consegna di piante sane e della qualità e varietà richiesta.

 

General selling conditions

• To facilitate the preparation of the orders we advise you to make a minimum order, for every variety ordered, of Nr. 10 plants ( = ½ plane) for the container 18 (3 LT) and Nr. 5 plants (= ½ plane) for the container 24 (9 LT).
• To simplify and make quicker the operations of purchase and loading of the goods, we advise the estimable clients to send us the order in advance by  E-MAIL.
• The company Coplant reserves to decide which will be, from time to time, the type of packaging more suitable according to the type of plants ordered. If it is necessary to load on boxes of wood, to make quicker the loading and unloading, the cost of € 38,00 for every box of wood and € 7,00 for every shelf will be charged.
• The costs of packaging are included on the price.
• The trolleys CC, used for the loading, must be returned within one month from the delivery and they must be in good conditions, otherwise we will charge you their amount or that of the damaged parts.
• The taking root of the plants delivered depends on many factors (as the technics of planting, the characteristics of the soil where the plant is planted, the irrigation, the pruning, etc.) that cannot be imputed to the company Coplant. Therefore the company doesn’t guarantee the taking root but only the delivery of healthy plants and of the quality and variety requested
